A1 Stairlifts LTD T/A A1 Stairlift Spares offers VAT Exemption / Relief for users with Chronic Illnesses and Disabilities, we display our prices for products as the EX VAT prices. and the VAT will be added in when proceeding to the checkout phase. Our website allows Registered Charities & Disabled persons to declare their disability and claim their VAT Relief on our products (please not delivery is a service, not a product and will be eligible for VAT) when purchasing during the ‘Checkout’ phase of ordering.

When ordering items via our website you can add the items to your ‘Basket’ & proceed to check out where you will be asked to fill out our ‘Billing & Delivery Details’. After the ‘Order Notes’ sections there is a ‘Are you eligible for VAT Exemption?’ , please select the ‘Disability VAT Exemption’ option and fill out the information requested. The VAT will then be deducted from the order and will be confirmed in your email confirmation & invoice.
