A1Stairlift Spares Review Page

An Update: I replaced the batteries and the power switch and now have a functional stairlift again. I believe the power switch was the main culprit. I could see discoloration on the prongs.  Although the batteries were 6  years old and as you stated they needed to be replaced.  The switch cost $3.00 and a pair of batteries $44 dollars. The PCB was not an issue as stated by the other American company, I suspect the American Company would have charged me for a new PCB anyway and labour to the tune of $500-$700.  Many thanks to you for providing support and sharing your knowledge of this product. It made it so much easier to diagnose and fix the issue. It is reassuring to have companies like yours who operate with integrity and honesty and are not out to scam and take advantage of disabled people.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your company and wish you a Merry Xmas and Happy New Year

Sincerely,
