If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be returned sealed in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are less 25% restocking/admin fee and also the original postage costs

Due to Covid 19 – Our returned items MUST BE UNOPENED AND UNUSED and in the original condition sent to prevent cross-contamination. Returned Items will spend 2 weeks in quarantine before being processed to reduce the risk of contamination. 
These procedures have been put in place to keep our hard-working staff safe and healthy.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are none refundable.

If you received a refund , the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
